•    This is a limited offer made by Maui Golf Review, which has a limited supply of golf credits that it has received from Ka‘anapali Golf Courses in exchange for advertising. Maui Golf Review is selling these credits to the general public at a special rate. •    What is offered is a valid Ka‘anapali Golf Courses green fee paid through Maui Golf Review. There are no restrictions, and the fee paid is for any available time and date at Ka‘anapali Golf Courses made when you call the pro shop to book your round. •    How to buy: Call the Ka‘anapali Golf Courses pro shop at: (808) 661-3691. Book your tee time two full business days in advance of play. Call Maui Golf Review at: (808) 572-7100, or if we don’t answer, at: (808) 463-2401, which is our special mobile phone. •    The $99 rate is for cash payment only, plus Hawai‘i State General Excise Tax of 4.167%. The total cash price, per round, is: $103.13. •    We also accept credit cards over the phone. The cost of the merchant fee is 3% to you. The price is then: $106.22 per round. •    No refunds, changes, or cancellations allowed.  Do not book if you may cancel. If you try to cancel play and contact us at least one full working business day prior to your tee time, we will contact Ka‘anapali Golf Courses to see if it can be done, but it doubles their paperwork, staff time, and displaces other paying customers, so don’t expect good news. If we can get a full credit for your cancellation or change, we will charge you a 15% restocking fee for the effort. •    This offer may not combined with any other promotion. •    To pay in cash, our offices are located at: 1169 Makawao Avenue, Makawao, HI 96768.
