Michelle Wie traveled to Maui and was present during the two-day tournament.  Her fundraising campaign has raised over $9,000 for the HSJGA!  She donated her time, collectibles, and donated $10,000.00 on top of her campaign drive.  Her efforts will ensure Hawaii’s junior golfers continue to experience “first class” competitions and opportunities.

Along with title sponsor and tournament host, Michelle Wie, we give a special mahalo to Wailea Golf Club for their generous and continued support, which allows the HSJGA to showcase many bright and talented young golfers!  Wailea Golf Club was also the proud sponsor of the 2012 Girls’ Junior America’s Cup, 2013 Junior America’s Cup and 11 year host of the MW HSJGA Tournament of Champions.

The Michelle Wie HSJGA Tournament of Champions is the final tournament of the 2013 HSJGA Season and was the determining factor for the selection of the Acura of Honolulu Pro-Junior Skills Challenge at Waialae Country Club on Tuesday, January 7 at 2:45 pm.  The five (5) lucky participants that earned spots to the 2014 Acura of Honolulu Pro-Junior Skills Challenge are: John Oda, Tyler Munetake, Ariel Elftman-Hanson, Zoey Akagi-Bustin and Kaci Masuda.
